Grrrr. That is addictive. Why can't you save your game, though? sad.gif

Okay,

I had to stop and can't get the picture off the wall at level 1 now.

GAH!

How do I open the diskette box?

Posted by: flan2dave May 18 2004, 09:31 PM
Don't worry about saving, you can turn your computer on and off and everything, and be able to continue from where you left off by selecting "continue" on the front page.

It took me a while to figure out that diskette box, but if I tell you how to do it, you can't say you finished the game without help!

Boy, do I hate you right now... addictive it is biggrin.gif I just figured out the diskette box, hehe intp/ninja.gif

PS: It doesn't really take you to where you left off... just to the start of the level where you left off. Hmm, how the heck do I complete that bizarre machine...? blink.gif

The program will not allow me to take the picture down anymore. What's the problem?

You're an INTP...figure it out. smile.gif biggrin.gif

I love this game, finished it a couple times, just ran through it again for fun. I have looked around before for other games like this but didnt find anything, I should look again.

I did, there is a glitch in the system. I am able to interact with everything except being able to remove the picture from the wall. Anyone else have this problem on their system?

AHHHHGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!

I can't get the wall!

I found a little help for some frustrating parts, but eventually got through it and managed to sign the guestbook.

looks fun, the diskette is anoying I can't get past it mad.gif the program won't even let me melt the box on the radiator... I'll have to try it again when I'm more awake or maybe it's just a glitch laugh.gif

So I'm not the only one that had trouble with that stupid diskette box. I'll go try it again. No doubt it will all be worth it when I figure out how dumb I was the whole time I couldn't figure it out. wacko.gif

Try the http://www.ebaumsworld.com/crimsonroom.html if you enjoyed playing this game. It's very similar.

The diskette didn't give me trouble, I just can't find the $%#%$#$%#%$#$% red wheel later on... grrrrrrr! mad.gif

I got to level 6 before my dial-up decided to take a nap. The diskette box was fine with me, I just didn't find the mechanism in the bridgeway room until after I started feeling the heat of frustration. laugh.gif

I finished it last night. It took me about an hour and a half. The ending was rather anti-climatic though. I signed the guest-book with my opinions. dry.gif
